    Because the telephone communication did not work and I was unable to speak directly to the doctor as arranged. It is very difficult to get through to the practice by telephone, although the receptionist was very pleasant to deal with and helpful when eventually I was able to speak to her.     The reception staff always try and get you an appointment where they can ,and are so polite The doctors are great,understanding and caring. Helped me alot lately. Friday 30 December 2022
    I tried calling to make a routine appointment, as requested by the GP. I spent nearly 2 hours in trying to get through. Once I got through, I was told that routine appointments were only available in the next 2 weeks only. I was to be abroad for one of those weeks and the GP or I were not available during the second. So no appointment could be made!! To avoid another 2 hour wait on the phone, I had to visit the clinic to make the appointment later. On the day of the appointment, I was seen at 17.05 for what should have been 16.20. I was satisfied with the GP service once I was there but all the delays and process inefficiencies in booking the appointment led to my ‘poor’ rating. Friday 30 December 2022

    GP Dr Smith was excellent. Even though GP services are incredibly pressured at the moment, at no point did I feel rushed, or that my concerns were not important. Overall, all our experiences with Wellbrook surgery have been very good, thank you. Thursday 22 December 2022
